Sports Medicine, Physical Therapy & Sports Science
Daniel Lamar, M.D., is a Sports Medicine physician to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Pittsburgh Pirates, U.S. Soccer Team and IMG Academies. Dr. Lamar is available to examine and treat athletes who have suffered an injury.
Brian Rell, M.D., is a foot and ankle physician assisting athletes with minimizing the risk of injury and maintaining stability through proper foot care and orthotics.
Jeff French, PT, ATC, LAT, C.S.C.S., is available at the Lakewood Ranch office to assist with the physical therapy needs of our students who have sustained an athletic injury and been referred by a medical doctor.
John Selzler, M.A., C.S.C.S., owner of Opening Day Training LLC
John is certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. John is a former strength and conditioning professional for the Baltimore Orioles and works directly with Mark Dickson in the implementation of our group strength program.

Brotman Racquet Design
Craig Brotman, President of Brotman Racquet Design, is an expert racquet stringer and customization specialist for professional tour players on the ATP Tour & WTA Tour, numerous college programs and tennis academies. For over twenty years, Craig has been a leader in the field of racquet customization for tour players.
Craig handles all the grip sizing, weight, balance and total racquet customization needs of our students. For players travelling internationally, he is also available for stringing and shipping of customized racquet equipment throughout the world.
Players looking for consistency in their game, an edge over the competition and reduced risk of injury have their racquets customized to their own individual specifications. Since every racquet frame arrives from the factory with a different weight, balance and swing weight, customization by a trained professional is required to have each racquet feel and play the same. String material and tension also have dramatic influence on performance.
Craig and Mark Dickson will work together with students to find the right balance and maximize performance.
